Grace Talamante founded It’s A Vibe with a mission to simplify wellness and make feeling good an accessible, elevated part of everyday life.

After years of navigating chronic health challenges that disrupted her ability to live fully, Grace devoted herself to understanding what true healing really means. Through years of research, personal experimentation, and faith, she discovered that health isn’t achieved through quick fixes — it’s about transforming the internal terrain. For Grace, it all began with frequency therapy and a whisper from God. Over the years the conclusion was clear.

  • Single sessions and passes typically range from 1–2 hours, though some guests enjoy extended experiences of 4 hours or more. Membership plans include expanded access based on your selected level.
